Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing product requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing all stages of product development, from ideation to launch, and ensuring the product meets customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Owns the roadmap for the SW landscape of Ati, called the AtiVerse
  • Be able to build / integrate tools that enhance the customer experience of the BOT and all other accessories that go with it
  • Have a good grip of shop floor SW such as ERP, MTS etc.
  • Create an ecosystem of products by enabling easy plug and play of different products
  • Work with customers on understanding the NOW and what they might want 2 years AHEAD
  • Conduct market and customer research to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet our customers' demands.
  • Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team. Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer messaging for product issues when necessary in areas of ownership.
  • Work on making AtiVerse a 30% revenue generator for Ati

Requirement: 

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in software products with domain knowledge.
  • Should have International exposure
  • Experience in product lifecycle management is required.
  • Should be able to define requirements/ user stories that help us achieve business metrics.
  • Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage
