We are looking for a skilled 
PHP Developer
 with expertise in backend development using 
Laravel
 or 
CodeIgniter
 and a good understanding of 
frontend development with plain JavaScript
. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of 
Firebase
 for database and authentication integration. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications that deliver exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using 
    PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter)
    .
  • Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using 
    plain JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
    .
  • Integrate and manage 
    Firebase services
     (Realtime Database / Firestore, Authentication, Hosting).
  • Design and optimize 
    RESTful APIs
     for front-end and third-party integrations.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Manage database schemas, queries, and migrations (MySQL and Firebase).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers for seamless application delivery.
  • Ensure 
    cross-browser compatibility, security, and performance optimization
    .
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years)
     as a PHP Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    PHP 7/8
    , 
    Laravel
     or 
    CodeIgniter framework
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    plain JavaScript
     (ES5/ES6), 
    HTML5
    , and 
    CSS3
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Firebase
     (Realtime Database / Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions).
  • Good understanding of 
    MySQL
     and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with 
    REST API integration
    .
  • Basic knowledge of 
    Git
     or any version control system.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with 
    AJAX
    , 
    JSON
    , and 
    jQuery
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    cloud deployment
     (AWS / GCP).
  • Familiarity with 
    MVC architecture
     and 
    design patterns
    .
  • Experience with 
    basic SEO
     and 
    performance optimization
     techniques.
