
Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide relevant information about our healthcare facilities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the Health Care Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in cold calling, cross selling, upselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
