We're Hiring – Cost Manager (MEP, Industrial Projects)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 7 – 8 years
Salary: ₹13,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum
Notice Period: 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation, Cost Planning & Budgeting – presenting final cost plan & obtaining approvals.
Develop and manage Procurement Strategy (RFP, techno-commercial analysis, selection & contract preparation).
Apply value engineering techniques with client & design team at project outset.
Prepare & present monthly cost vs. expenditure reports and quarterly CTC reports.
Review & validate quantity take-offs, BBS, FOC material reconciliation.
Certify contractor invoices & prepare variation statements.
Conduct rate analysis, market rate justification, budget estimates & final bill validations.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Engineering/related background preferred).
Strong pre & post contract cost management exposure.
Excellent communication & client-facing personality.
Stable career history.
Ideal Candidate:
7–8 years in Cost Management (Industrial Projects – MEP).
Skilled in budgeting, procurement, cost control, and vendor management.
Local candidates (Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida) preferred.
