Are You The One?

We're looking for a Cost Accounting Manager who will play a key role in monitoring our cost structures, driving efficiency, and supporting our budgeting and forecasting efforts. This role will report to COO, Fintech and will provide accurate cost data and insights that are crucial for strategic decision-making. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding ways to optimize costs, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the accounting and tracking of all costs.
  • Analyze direct and indirect cost variances on a monthly basis.
  • Track every cost element against unit metrics to ensure granular control.
  • Conduct zero-based costing exercises to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed cost statements and reports for management.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and analyze spending patterns.
  • Support cost allocation, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify and propose areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist with cost audits and internal control reviews.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance or Costing, or a relevant professional certification.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Control, or Management Accounting.

  • Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of costing principles and cost control.

  • High proficiency in Oracle NetSuite.
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance.
