Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote StepUp Academy's courses.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion.
  • Maintain and update call records and enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
  • Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and coordinate with the counsellor or academic team.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and admissions.
  • Provide feedback to management on lead quality and common student queries.
  • Maintain good communication and a positive attitude throughout all interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales will be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
