**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote StepUp Academy’s courses.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion.
- Maintain and update call records and enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and coordinate with the counsellor or academic team.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and admissions.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality and common student queries.
- Maintain good communication and a positive attitude throughout all interactions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales will be an added advantage.

**Salary Range**:
₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
