Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Executive to manage key human resource functions related to employee well-being, development, and compliance. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive workplace culture, administering benefits and performance cycles, and ensuring that all HR operations align with legal requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Off boarding: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and policies. Manage all offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, processing necessary documentation, and coordinating the return of company property.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Mediate workplace conflicts, manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy, and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance plans, retirement benefits, and leave policies (sick, vacation, parental). Act as a liaison with benefits providers and ensure employees are fully informed about their coverage.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and support the organization's performance appraisal cycles. This includes training managers and employees on the performance management system, monitoring the progress of reviews, assisting with goal setting, and facilitating performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and all relevant labor legislation. Ensure the consistent application of policies across the organization and maintain meticulous, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Training & Development: Assess organizational and individual training needs. Coordinate, develop, and facilitate various learning and development initiatives, workshops, and training programs to support career growth and skill enhancement for all staff.
