Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in enterprise sales within the IT Peripherals and Automation domain. This is a field sales role focused on new business development and strategic account management across verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, FMCG, Packaging, Auto, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of corporate kiosks, digital signages, industrial printers, barcode/label printers, POS terminals, HID card printers, line matrix printers, and dot matrix printers.
  • Handle sales of AIDC products including thermal receipt printers, barcode/label printers, passbook printers, and scanners
  • Identify and onboard new corporate customers, ISVs, and channel partners for run-rate business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with CXOs and decision-makers across target verticals.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to collections.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in corporate/enterprise sales
  • Strong hunting profile with experience in new account creation.
  • Ability to sell push products in competitive markets.
  • Confident in engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling manufacturing clients, ISVs, and retail/hospitality verticals is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the city (feet-on-street role).
  • Fast learner with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic market.
