Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Female Principal to lead the institution academically and administratively. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in school leadership and a deep understanding of progressive education philosophies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the school.
  • Oversee the residential school environment ensuring student safety, discipline, and well-being.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum aligned with progressive educational standards.
  • Lead teacher development, performance evaluations, and instructional quality.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, admissions, and statutory compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, students, and the local community.
  • Promote a culture of empathy, discipline, growth mindset, and joyful learning.
  • Enhance co-curricular and extracurricular programs to support all-round development.
  • Position the school as a leading institution for girls' education in the region.

Candidate Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8–15 years in education sector
  • 3–5 years of proven leadership experience (Principal/Head of School/Coordinator)
  • Exposure to alternate/experiential/holistic educational systems highly preferred
  • Education: Master's degree preferred (Education/Child Development/Social Sciences or related fields)
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Child-centric approach
  • Ability to build a high-performance academic team
  • Empathy, mentoring ability, and a progressive educational mindset
