Role:
 Freight Broker & Dispatcher (Full-Time, On-Site – Mohali)

Key Responsibilities

  • Freight Brokerage:
     Build shipper & carrier relationships, negotiate rates, close deals
  • Dispatching:
     Coordinate with drivers, keep loads on track, solve issues quickly
  • Customer Service:
     Handle client updates and ensure smooth communication
  • Operations:
     Track shipments, manage records, and maintain accuracy in reporting
