Key Responsibilities:

User & Group Management

  • Manage users/groups in Microsoft 365 Entra ID and Google Workspace
  • Handle provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control

Networking & Security

  • Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls
  • Perform packet analysis, resolve connectivity issues
  • Work with tools like CrowdStrike or similar

Scripting & Automation

  • Write basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Automate tasks and support cybersecurity initiatives

Communication & Prioritization

  • Explain technical concepts clearly to end-users
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets

Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical):

  • Microsoft 365 Entra ID
  • Google Workspace (User/Group Management)
  • VPNs, Firewalls, Routing/Switching
  • CrowdStrike or Similar Security Tools
  • Python, Bash, PowerShell (Basic scripting)
  • Strong Communication & Time Management Skills
