Key Responsibilities:
User & Group Management
- Manage users/groups in Microsoft 365 Entra ID and Google Workspace
- Handle provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control
Networking & Security
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls
- Perform packet analysis, resolve connectivity issues
- Work with tools like CrowdStrike or similar
Scripting & Automation
- Write basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Automate tasks and support cybersecurity initiatives
Communication & Prioritization
- Explain technical concepts clearly to end-users
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets
Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical):
- Microsoft 365 Entra ID
- Google Workspace (User/Group Management)
- VPNs, Firewalls, Routing/Switching
- CrowdStrike or Similar Security Tools
- Python, Bash, PowerShell (Basic scripting)
- Strong Communication & Time Management Skills
