Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in the Greater Chennai Area for a Temenos T24 Production Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing production support, troubleshooting issues related to Temenos T24, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth operation of the banking software. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Temenos T24, including troubleshooting and support
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services domain
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL
  • Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Temenos T24 or related technologies are a plus
