Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach Class 12 students in the assigned subject(s) with clarity and effective pedagogy.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Board syllabus (and competitive exams if applicable, e.g., MH-CET/JEE/NEET).
  • Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and mock exams to track student performance.
  • Provide personalized guidance and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
  • Maintain student discipline, motivation, and a positive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve teaching methods and results.
  • Stay updated with the latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and educational best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject .
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills for Class 12 level.
  • Prior teaching/coaching experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor students for both board and competitive exams.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
