Hence, our approach is holistic, addressing **nutrition, health, shelter, care, and protection** — ensuring that every child not only stays in school but thrives and reaches their full potential.

In 2023, Aasraa launched the **SkillAbility Centre in Dehradun** to bridge the gap between education and employment through vocational training and soft skills development.

**Position: Teachers (Classes 5th to 12th)**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Prior **teaching experience** (minimum 1 year preferred).
