Role & responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to and resolve Service Requests (SRs) and Incidents within defined SLA timelines using a ticketing tool.
  • Troubleshoot and support end-user applications including Microsoft Office, browsers, and collaboration tools.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements for desktops and laptops.
  • Support and maintain VC devices (Zoom, Teams Rooms, etc.) including setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to LAN ports, IO ports, and basic switch/router interfaces.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Educate users on best practices and preventive measures.
  • Participate in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Basic understanding of Email server, O365 & email related configurations
  • Basic understanding of the Firewall and l2 or l3 Switches

Must have:

  • End-User Support: Experience in providing technical support to end users including hardware-level diagnostics, operating system troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Email, SharePoint, and file Server.
  • Basic Understanding of fundamental networking and Active Directory concepts and protocols
