We are looking for an experienced
Graphic Designer-Senior II
with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and design systems. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for digital, social, and web platforms; while also mentoring and training junior designers to elevate the creative output of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Ability to develop and design visually engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Willingness to collaborate with content, social media, and development teams to ensure visual alignment with brand strategy.
• Someone who will lead brainstorming and creative review sessions, offering fresh and strategic visual directions.
• Train and guide junior graphic designers to maintain quality and consistency in all creative deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards across all client projects.Strong command over tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Proven experience creating assets for both digital marketing and IT/SaaS-based brands (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into high-quality designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work (branding, social media, web visuals, marketing collaterals, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication along with leadership skills to mentor and upskill junior team members
