**About the role:**

We are looking for an experienced or fresher Medical Laboratory Technician Teacher to join our faculty team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students the theory and practical aspects of medical laboratory technology, as well as assisting with office work related to student affairs.

**Responsibilities:**

• Plan and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions on medical laboratory technology topics, such as microbiology, hematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, etc.- Supervise and evaluate students' performance, assignments, and projects- Maintain records of attendance, grades, and feedback- Coordinate with other faculty members and staff to ensure smooth functioning of the academic activities- Assist with admission, enrolment, examination, and placement of students- Participate in curriculum development, quality improvement, and professional development activities

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from a recognized institution- Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician in a reputed hospital or clinic (freshers can also apply)- Excellent knowledge of medical laboratory principles, equipment, and safety standards- Proficient in using computer applications, such as MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students- Willing to work in flexible hours and travel as required
