Job Summary:
The MLT Trainer will be responsible for teaching and training students in Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, ensuring both theoretical understanding and practical competence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the curriculum.
- Demonstrate and supervise laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
- Guide students during internships and clinical training.
- Ensure adherence to lab quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant lab or teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and mentor students.
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: As per organizational standards
