Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Affluent Relationship Manager to join our Customer Engagement Channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and growing High Net Worth (HNI/UHNI) client relationships, providing personalized financial solutions, and driving sales across a diverse product mix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Act as a one-point contact for assigned HNI/UHNI customers, ensuring exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Portfolio Management & Advisory:

    Profile clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable investment products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, etc.).
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Meet or exceed business targets through up-selling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer wallet share.
  • Customer Acquisition:

    Identify and acquire new affluent clients, ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless.
  • Mentorship & Team Development:

    Guide junior team members, monitor performance, and help improve productivity through continuous coaching.
  • Compliance & Certifications:

    Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. NISM certification is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing HNI/UHNI customers in financial services or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NISM Certification (especially VA/VIII) is highly desirable.
  • Target-driven with a client-first approach.
