Property Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management
- Oversee operations of assigned properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Tenant Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Maintenance and Vendor Coordination
- Schedule and supervise repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work and timely delivery.
- Financial Management
- Monitor rent collections and address payment delays.
- Prepare and manage property budgets and expense reports.
- Approve vendor invoices and maintain expense records.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leases, contracts, and maintenance logs.
- Team Supervision
- Manage on-site staff, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Train and evaluate team performance to ensure high service standards.
- Marketing and Occupancy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant spaces.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and assist in lease negotiations.
- Emergency Response
- Act promptly in case of emergencies, such as accidents, weather damage, or security issues.
- Implement and update emergency protocols as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, leasing, and property laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (if applicable).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
