  • Experience in Non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, FMCG, and Building Material industries.
  • Proven experience in client management handling mandates, delivery, and relationship building.
  • Strong team management experience ability to lead, train, and motivate recruitment teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Should be open for work from office role
