Industrial Complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanars industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanars facilities.

The Complex has comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

To oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of all utility systems within the plant, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with regulations. Additionally, manage and execute maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Accountability Areas Utility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, water supply, boiler, fire lab, and energy management.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in utility management.
• Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure all utilities are recorded on systems and proper PM plans are created, ensuring all activities are done on the system.

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to them.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and records related to projects and utilities in the CMMS/SAP.

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

• Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
