About the Role:
Supporting corporate and wireless and physical network infrastructure and clients including desktop and system support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix, a Commure company, organization.

What You'll Do

• Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches
• Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting
• Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer
• File & Print Services design and troubleshooting
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)
• Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
• Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.

What You Have

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an IT company or related technical role
• Strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network issue resolution
• Familiarity with security policies and compliance standards; knowledge of HIPAA requirements is preferred

• Windows Server and Desktop Environments

• Mac Workstations
• Android OS
• Proxmox

Shift Requirements:
Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis. The primary shift will be the Night shift (India Time).
