In this role, you are expected to:

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.

• Responsibility for processing P&R for Branch.
• Team Handling Experience.
• Query resolution/ Analytical & Metrics reporting
• Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.
• Serves as analytical and/or procedural expert representing the unit on cross-functional operational project deliverables
• Interact and collaborate with business/product partners, geography partners and regional functions for improving operating frame, resolving issue, innovating new services and maximizing the quality of service and client experience.
• Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times.
• Ensure service quality is maintained
• Understand customer requirements.
• Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
• Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
• Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
• Perform control related activities to mitigate risk.

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• 6 - 9 years of experience in a related role in payments
• Proven system development lifecycle skills
• Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective analytic and presentation skills
• Amenable for shifting schedules
