About the Role:

We're looking for a talented
Unreal Engine Developer
with a passion for creating immersive and high-quality real-time 3D experiences. This role is perfect for someone with at least
2 years of experience
working with
Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)
in game development, simulation, or XR-based applications. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring interactive virtual environments to life—pushing the boundaries of performance, design, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and optimize
VR/AR/MR applications and 3D interactive experiences
using Unreal Engine (Blueprints/C++).


• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and developers to implement gameplay mechanics, interactions, and environments.


• Create and manage
efficient shaders, materials, lighting, and particle effects (Niagara)
for immersive visuals.


• Ensure smooth performance across platforms — including
PC, VR headsets (Quest/HTC Vive), and standalone devices
.


• Debug, profile, and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal frame rates and stability.


• Work with
OpenXR
, input systems, and device integrations for hand tracking, motion controllers, and more.


• Stay updated with new Unreal releases, plugins, and XR/real-time development trends.


• (Bonus) Contribute to
multiplayer/networking
or
AI-driven
gameplay systems.

Required Skills & Experience:


•
2+ years of professional experience
in Unreal Engine with a strong grasp of
Blueprints
and
C++
scripting.


• Proficiency in
VR/AR development
and familiarity with platforms like
Meta Quest
,
HTC Vive
, or
SteamVR
.


• Solid understanding of
3D math
, physics, and performance optimization techniques.


• Experience in
lighting, rendering, shaders
, and
Niagara particle systems
.


• Knowledge of
version control (Git)
and collaborative workflows.


• Ability to work effectively in a
cross-functional, fast-paced
team environment.
