Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) professional to serve as a Resident Medical Officer. The RMO will oversee patient care, manage day-to-day clinical operations, and support naturopathy and yoga-based treatment protocols within the facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Treatment

  • Conduct patient assessments, daily rounds, and maintain ongoing monitoring.
  • Provide primary naturopathy and yoga-based consultations.
  • Support execution of prescribed treatment plans and therapies.
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records.

Clinical Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with specialists, therapists, and nursing staff.
  • Ensure proper coordination for treatments such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, physiotherapy, yoga sessions, etc.
  • Assist in planning and supervising patient wellness programs.

Emergency Response

  • Attend to medical/clinical emergencies and provide first-level care.
  • Coordinate referrals to higher-care centers if required.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to institutional protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Support internal audits and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BNYS degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration/certification as applicable.
  • Experience in naturopathy hospitals/clinics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a residential, shift-based environment.
