We are currently recruiting both freshers and experienced post MD/MS/DNB professionals for the positions of Senior Resident & Assistant Professor for the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Orthopaedics & Ophthalmology.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty post MBBS from a MCI/NMC recognized teaching institution.

Experience - 0 to 4 years of teaching experience in NMC recognized UG/PG teaching institution

Perks and benefits - Rs. 90000/- to 150000/- per month plus incentives

Teaching:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the assigned courses related to the non-clinical aspects of medicine.
  • Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire students in active learning and critical thinking.
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including advising on research projects, coursework, and career development.

Research:

  • Conduct original research in the field of specialty.
  • Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives within the college and with external partners.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in curriculum development, review, and evaluation to ensure alignment with the latest educational standards and practices.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Contribute to accreditation processes and quality improvement efforts within the department and college.

Professional Development:

  • Stay abreast of advances in the field through continuous learning, attending workshops, conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Engage in professional organizations and networks to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance professional growth.
