Job Title: Configuration Specialist – Banking/Fintech

Hybrid/Remote-Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure solutions based on requirements and user stories.
  • Support configuration for digital banking, card services, fraud, alerts, and money movement modules.
  • Perform data mapping, rules setup, workflow configuration, and UI adjustments.
  • Test configurations, validate results, and fix issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and work closely with architects, QA, and client teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in software configuration or implementation.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial technology platforms.
  • Good knowledge of rules engines, workflows, and admin/config tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, Corelation, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital banking, fraud workflows, alerts, or API integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
