Job Description:

  • Plan and execute procurement strategies based on production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Build long-term vendor partnerships ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and supplier performance reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms to optimize cost and ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with store and production department to manage inventory efficiently and to monitor and maintain minimum stock levels
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and supplier rejections and ensure procurement activities align with company policies and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with Design, Production, and R&D teams for new product BOMs and component sourcing.
  • Generate and maintain purchase reports, cost analysis, and delivery tracking. Technical Skills required:
  • Strong knowledge of electronic parts, power supplies, lighting components
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Good understanding of GST, import/export documentation, and compliance Inter-personal Skills required:

4 Educational Qualification
