Job Overview

We are seeking a Manager for Module O&M at our Jamnagar location. This full-time role is pivotal in driving our operational excellence within the solar manufacturing domain. The candidate will leverage extensive knowledge in module operations, maintenance, and management to contribute to our sustainable energy goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in solar manufacturing (Mandatory skill) is essential for the role to ensure effective production and quality management.
  • Proficiency in solar principles and technologies, enhancing performance and sustainability within operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of solar pv systems is required for efficient planning and execution.
  • Experience with module operations, allowing seamless integration and functionality across teams.
  • Skilled in module maintenance to ensure reliability, safety, and longevity of equipment.
  • Familiarity with module o&m standards to optimize operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Proactive leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams toward strategic objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and maintenance of solar modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals.
  • Monitor module o&m processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives for sustainable energy solutions, contributing to the company's vision and mission.
  • Ensure effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges to maintain operational flow.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Sustain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the module o&m team.
