Job Location: Hubli. (Karnataka State)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire beverage program, ensuring smooth bar operations and high guest satisfaction.

Develop and update creative beverage menus aligned with current trends.

Monitor and maintain detailed logs of alcohol consumption, stock movements, and wastage.

Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely procurement.

Oversee staff performance, training, and adherence to service standards.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.

Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Implement cost-control measures while maximizing beverage sales and profitability.
