Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and serve signature cocktails with consistency and innovation, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of alcohol usage and bar inventory.
Train and guide bartenders and assistants on mixology, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
Introduce seasonal and trend-driven cocktails to enhance guest experience.
Conduct cocktail tastings and interactive sessions with guests when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
Support Beverage Head in ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
