We are looking for Salesforce BA-

Job Descriptions:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Responsible for conducting business process analysis, design, and requirements analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Conduct business process analysis, design, and requirements analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy will be advantageous.
  • Holds Administrator Certification
