Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and managing data to support decision-making and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain large volumes of data from various sources
• Perform data entry and validation tasks using Excel and internal tools
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate basic reports and dashboards for internal teams
• Identify trends and patterns in data and highlight anomalies
• Support the team in routine administrative and documentation tasks
• Assist in automating repetitive data-related tasks using Excel formulas
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as required

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, or related fields knowledge)
• Certification or training in Data Analysis or Excel is a plus

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filters, Sorting, Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with data entry techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good typing speed and proficiency in using computers
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
