A Head Mixologist is responsible for developing new cocktails, managing bar staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring profitability by controlling beverage costs. This role also includes maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations. The ideal candidate needs strong leadership, creativity, mixology expertise, and excellent operational and customer service skills. Key responsibilities
- Menu development: Create, test, and update innovative and unique cocktail menus and beverage lists.
- Staff management: Supervise, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and excellent service.
- Operations management: Oversee daily bar operations, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory and ordering.
- Cost control: Monitor and control beverage costs to meet profitability goals.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all bar activities comply with health, safety, and liquor laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
