Job Title- Dy Manager-Purchase & Store

Job Role- To lead procurement of RM/PM/Spares etc. Heading Stores & Purchase Department

Key Responsibilities-

  • Source and procure raw materials , packaging materials & Spares.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Monitor commodity trends and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
  • Manage inventory and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with QA, Production & Logistics teams.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team.

Skills:-

  • Strong knowledge of food raw material sourcing & seasonality.
  • Familiarity with food safety certifications (FSSAI, HACCP,BRC, ISO).
  • Excellent negotiation , analytical & vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of cold chain , storage & logistics in food industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP & MS EXCEL.
  • Strong leadership & decision- making abilities.

Experience: years experience in Food Processing Procurement.

Qualification: MBA/Supply Chain/Business Administration.

Preferred only Ice Cream or Frozen Food Industry Candidate* .Minimum 7 years in Ice Cream Industry.***
