Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Clerk based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Dispatch Clerk will handle the daily coordination and scheduling of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of goods. Responsibilities include maintaining dispatch logs, data entry, and communication with customers regarding delivery updates. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dispatching and related logistics coordination skills
• Strong Computer Literacy, including the use of software for data entry and dispatch management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry tasks
• Organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multi-tasking effectively
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with logistics operations are advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
