Backoffice & Warehouse Clerk

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Dispatch Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the seamless flow of goods and timely delivery to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inwards Goods Maintenance**:

- Receive and inspect incoming têxtile goods for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of received items.

2. **Stock Maintenance**:

- Regularly monitor and update stock levels to meet demand.
- Conduct routine stock checks and implement effective stock rotation practices.
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize warehouse space.

3. **Purchase Order & Sales Order Maintenance**:

- Accurately record and organize purchase orders and sales orders.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure order accuracy.

4. **Goods Handling & Packing**:

- Safely handle and pack têxtile products for shipment.
- Utilize proper packing materials and techniques to prevent damage during transportation.

5. **Sample Management**:

- Organize and catalog têxtile samples for easy retrieval.
- Ensure sample inventory is well-maintained.

6. **Goods Dispatching**:

- Coordinate with teams to schedule and execute timely dispatches.
- Prepare necessary documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

7. **Billing**:

- Assist in generating accurate invoices for dispatched goods.
- Collaborate with the team to address billing discrepancies.
- Maintain proper billing & dispatching records.

8. **Dispatch Maintenance**:

- Monitor the dispatch process to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices to enhance dispatch efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to address any issues related to dispatch.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse and dispatch operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills for order and inventory management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
