Accounts & Finance Manager – Capital Markets & Lending Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting & finance functions for our Capital Markets desk and Lending Operations (including books of account, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end & year-end closing).
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for capital markets & lending segments.
  • Implement and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (SEBI/other applicable regulation for capital markets) for operations.
  • Oversee lending operations finance: loan origination accounting, interest income recognition, provisioning, NPLs, collections accounting, write-offs.
  • Coordinate with risk, operations, treasury teams to align finance with business decisions (e.g., funding cost, asset–liability matching, capital market trades).
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the capital markets & lending operations portfolio.
  • Manage audits (internal & external), statutory filings, tax compliance, and liaison with auditors/regulators.
  • Mentor and lead a team of accountants/finance executives; set up process improvements, automation, dashboards.
  • Stay current with accounting standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in the finance of capital markets/lending operations.

Pay: ₹125, ₹250,000.00 per month
