Contract Lead/Manager

Job Title

JD Summary Support customers on ongoing contractual matters, including contract clarifications, issue tracking, risk management, rollout of changes, handling notices, and accurate database updates. Support effective implementation across the organization to ensure the contractual framework and obligations are met.

Lead key Contract Management initiatives for the Amadeus Group, partnering with Contract Managers from other business units to implement effective, user‑friendly, and scalable tools, solutions (including AI tools), and processes

Job Description

Common accountabilities

• Apply deep expertise in Contract Management to provide clear guidance, foster innovation, and facilitate learning for colleagues at different experience levels.
• Understand the business and regulatory environment to improve efficiency, recommend practical solutions and best practices, and help shape department strategy.
• Translate strategy into an actionable plan for the area with measurable targets and regular progress reviews.
• Work autonomously within agreed priorities while collaborating across functions; coordinate cross‑functional teams or projects and serve as a quality and best‑practice resource.

Specific accountabilities

• Set direction for Contract Management and co‑lead the identification, development, and implementation of contracting policies and processes.
• Review and prepare contract documents with commercial teams.
• Manage complex requests and prepare tailored responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications for airlines, including complex and strategic accounts.
• Analyze significant or unique contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures; communicate clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Support negotiations on complex and strategic contracts; provide expert, trusted guidance to internal teams; and collaborate with finance and business teams to resolve issues and disputes promptly

Experience & Academic

• Exp - 8-15Yrs
• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) or equivalent
