As a Videographer & Graphic Designer at ToneTag, you will play a key role in bringing our product stories to life through high-quality videos and visual design. You will be responsible for shooting and editing product demo videos, customer use-case walkthroughs, promotional videos, and supporting visual design work across digital and print. Working closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, your output will shape how customers and partners perceive and interact with our solutions.

You should be equally comfortable behind the camera and at the design desk, with strong command over industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop. Your eye for detail and storytelling, coupled with the ability to deliver quick, creative outputs, will make you an integral part of our brand and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality product demo videos, explainer videos, and customer experience content
  • Develop motion graphics and animations to support visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
  • Edit and deliver videos optimized for various platforms including social media, websites, and events
  • Create design assets such as banners, social media creatives, presentations, thumbnails, and infographics
  • Ensure all visuals and videos adhere to ToneTag's branding and design guidelines
  • Support internal teams with design assets needed for campaigns, decks, and digital communication
  • Maintain proper version control and archiving of design and video projects
  • Stay updated with current trends in video editing, storytelling formats, and graphic design

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Lightroom is a plus
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound, and video editing techniques
  • Experience in creating video content for product-led marketing, especially B2B or tech products
  • A keen sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling
  • Ability to manage shoots independently (on-site or indoor studio setup)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, or a related discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in videography and design (preferably in a product or tech setup)
  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work in product storytelling and graphic design
