Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor
to capture and craft compelling video content that reflects our brand's story and values while driving engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Website, Ads).
  • Capture high-quality product, recipe, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle brand videos.
  • Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality.
  • Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other videography equipment.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and music.
  • Optimize videos for different formats (vertical, square, horizontal).
  • Maintain brand consistency in grading, fonts, and style.

Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for concepts and storyboards.
  • Suggest new creative approaches and stay updated on video trends.
  • Tailor content to audience behavior on social media.

File & Asset Management

  • Organise and archive video files systematically.
  • Maintain backups for easy retrieval of media assets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in videography and editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Strong storytelling ability and eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
