Your role

Are you an expert when it comes to tools like Automation Anywhere, Python, PowerApps? Do you have a proven ability to solve complex issues? Do you have a track record to optimize and improve through a combination of automations and technological changes?

We're looking for a Software Engineer to:

• Be first point of contact (Level 1) for internal clients, business partners, Technology Centers of Expertise (CoE) in regards to automated process execution.
• Identify, propose and develop solutions for incidents and changes. It involves engaging with impacted clients to understand underlying incidents and implement performant and reliable fixes to the automated processes
• Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L2 and L3 Support organizations
• Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team
• Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed and communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Operations and IT)
• Identify and recommend methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls and customer satisfaction

Your team

You'll be working in the GWM Process Optimization & Automation team based in Navi Mumbai, India. We are a dynamic and diverse team of professionals located in India, Singapore, Switzerland, Australia. We Develop and support automation solutions which are used by GWM business users to execute process automations and thereby executing their day-to-day business more efficiently.

Your expertise

• Previously worked in IT industry for at least 8 years ideally 5 years within RPA and automation
• develop bots / code in tools such as Automation anywhere or any RPA platform (must), Python, Power Apps, Power BI, Alteryx (Good to have).
• Ability to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve Automations independently
• fluent in English (written and spoken) and confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
• Possess good knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out) and able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions
• ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
• Experience working in a coding environment using a git command line and GitLab
