About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong networking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for IT positions.
  • Source candidates through portals, social media platforms, references, headhunting, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate quality) to improve efficiency.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy / staffing agency is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.
