Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions across various levels. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong sourcing skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the domestic IT hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for domestic IT requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and technical fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely follow-up.
  • Negotiate salary and close offers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for various roles (Developers, QA, Infra, Support, etc.).
  • Stay updated with current market trends in the domestic IT hiring ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source and close positions within tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
