Key Responsibilities (The Digital & The Ground)

  1. Visual Content & Campaign Management:

  2. Design and create high-impact marketing visuals and short video concepts (Reels, Stories) for social media and performance ads.

  3. MANDATORY: Proficiency in Graphic Designing
  4. Highly Desirable: Experience using AI tools for quick video/Reel generation.

  5. Optimize paid campaigns (PPC, Social) to meet aggressive Lead Generation (LG) and CPA targets.

  6. Sales Alignment & Coordination:

  7. Act as the primary liaison with the Sales Team, ensuring digital strategies directly support regional sales goals.

  8. Manage MQL-to-SQL handoff via CRM for efficient lead conversion.

  9. On-Ground Execution & Logistics:

  10. Responsible for planning, logistics, and flawless execution of all field marketing and sales enablement events at different locations.

  11. Manage local vendors and ensure all on-ground branding materials are delivered perfectly and on time.
  12. Track and report the effectiveness (ROI, lead quality) of all campaigns, both online and physical.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Graphic Design Software- Canva, Photoshop etc
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
