Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing professional to lead and execute digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving online growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) for engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM integration for nurturing leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and social media insights; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in [industry/domain].
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
