Key Responsibilities:

  • Run walk-in and scheduled counseling sessions in English + Odia; explain pathway, timelines, and next steps clearly.
  • Be the primary guide for candidates aspiring to work in Germany
  • Source & pre-screen candidates (education, age, location, join-readiness).
  • Collect & verify documentation; maintain neat digital/physical files.
  • Book interview/assessment and language-class slots; send reminders to ensure show-ups.
  • Maintain trackers (calls, walk-ins, show-ups, selections, conversions, pending docs, next actions & dates).
  • Publish daily MIS by 6 PM with risks and recovery actions.
  • Support small college/hostel outreach in the neighbourhood when needed.
  • Zero mis-selling; set the right expectations and follow compliance checklists.

  • Knowledge of current job market trends and industry demands
  • Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to administer and interpret psychometric tests
  • Presentation and training skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, career guidance tools, and digital platforms
