Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and designs for plumbing and fire-fighting systems as per project requirements, standards, and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to incorporate design requirements.
  • Review and update drawings based on site conditions and revisions.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Prepare schematic diagrams, sections, and as-built drawings.
  • Support site teams with drawing clarifications and design modifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in plumbing and fire-fighting drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
  • Knowledge of fire-fighting systems (sprinkler, hydrant, etc.) and plumbing layouts.
  • Good understanding of MEP coordination drawings.
